Excellent communication, brought in packages from our porch, hauled out trash cans, so we wouldn't miss our service dates, and made an unscheduled visit to check on one of our cats that we were worried about. Knowing Kathy is there to handle any problems makes it much easier to relax while we are away. “Kathy took great care of our dog and two cats while we were out of the country for spring break with the kids, and took care of our home as if it were her own. For example, she noticed that the sprinklers in our front yard, which are on a timer managed by the HOA’s gardeners, were running too long and flooding the yard, so she found the valve and turned it off, averting a potential mess. She communicated with us daily with status reports and/or photos of our pets. She is very conscientious, very responsible, and very professional. We had complete peace of mind that our pets and our house were in good hands while we were away.”
